Recent weeks have seen a sudden jump in the number of new COVID-19 cases per day, with hospitalisations growing. We are in the midst of a new COVID-19 wave.
While the COVID-19 requirements regarding isolation periods and similar have been dropped in Australia, it makes sense to continue to take care.
We strongly encourage calling to make an appointment before visiting one of our showrooms or our Service Centre. This helps us to manage the number of visitors so that we can maintain social distancing. It also helps us ensure that we have the staff on hand to assist you. Like many businesses, we have staff falling ill and we are running understaffed at a very busy time of the year.
If we get a sudden influx of visitors, we will do our best to maintain social distancing and might ask you to take a seat in our waiting area (and grab a cuppa) or start with viewing other products, if other people are already working with the products you would like to see or trial.
Our staff will continue to wear masks, when working with customers in our showroom, until further notice and our cleaning/sanitising processes will continue.

Please be advised that Emprise Mobility will be closed for stocktake on Friday 1 July to 9:00am Monday 4 July. We will also be migrating to a new ERP system that will allow us to better handle all the requests we receive and respond to you faster.
All showrooms and the service centre will be closed to customers throughout the stocktake. Deliveries to customers will continue during this time for existing orders only.
All queries and requests for quotes will be processed commencing on Monday 4 July.

Tuesday, 7 June – Update on our temporary closure – the Bibra Lake Showroom is re-open, effective immediately.
We have reopened our Bibra Lake showroom after a suspected gas leak required us to evacuate the building on Friday, 3 June and keep the building closed until early Tuesday, 7 June.
We apologise for any inconvenience this caused – but, as you can imagine, this was a serious safety issue.

Friday, 3 June – We’ve had to evacuate our Sobek Pass, Bibra Lake, building (including the showroom) – strong gas smell that was enough to make people ill.
As a result, our Bibra Lake showroom is temporarily closed.
It will be closed for the rest of the day and tomorrow (Saturday). We don’t know if we will be open on Tuesday, after the long weekend or not. People should check the website or phone us to get the latest status.
Our Mandurah showroom is still open, as usual – including tomorrow (Saturday). Closed for the Monday holiday.
The warehouse is still operating, so deliveries are continuing as usual.
Our Sobek team has been relocated to the warehouse building, so we’re still doing quotes, responding to email queries, accepting orders, etc.
Phone calls to the Bibra Lake showroom number are being answered – except for a minor glitch this morning.
So – the Bibra Lake Showroom is closed but everything else is up and going.
If people in Perth need equipment urgently and were planning to visit the Bibra Lake showroom today or Saturday morning, phone us on 1300 76 11 96, during normal business hours. We are making arrangements for alternative pick up locations.
